‘I Figured’ is the new release from Minnesota-raised, Vermont-based artist Lutalo. This track sees Lutalo focus on introspection, with the track’s dark sonic world that sitting somewhere between experimental post-punk and chamber-folk, defined by dreamy atmosphere and plucked acoustic guitar figures. He explains that the track is “about a 'situationship' that likely should not be, yet still find themselves coming back to each other. There is a bit of resentment and tension between both people, but when it comes to turning each other down they still end up falling for each other.
